We operate this website and online store to offer freshly prepared, artisanal cake boxes for pickup.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Products and availability

All products are made to order in small batches and prepared for specific pickup dates and time slots.

  • Product descriptions and images are indicative; minor variations may occur.
  • Flavors rotate regularly and may change without notice.
  • Quantities are limited per pickup slot and may sell out.
  • We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products at any time.

Our products are intended for personal consumption only, not for resale.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Because our products are made specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the order cut‑off time shown at checkout.
  • Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you using the details provided and issue a refund where applicable.

Pickup

All orders are pickup only, at the location and time slot selected during checkout.

  • Pickup windows and cut‑off times are shown at checkout.
  • Orders not collected during the selected pickup window may not be eligible for refund, due to the perishable nature of the products.
  • Responsibility for the product passes to you at the time of pickup.

Prices, payment, and VAT

All prices shown are final prices payable by the customer.

  • Prices may include applicable VAT (BTW) in accordance with Dutch regulations.
  • We are responsible for VAT reporting and administration.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect accepted orders.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize us to charge the selected payment method.

Food information and allergens

Ingredient and allergen information is provided per product or flavor where relevant.

Our kitchen handles common allergens including (but not limited to) dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, and soy.

While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Bonvée Patisserie or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

Third‑party tools and links

Our website may include tools or links provided by third parties. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content or functionality.

Relationship with Shopify

Bonvée Patisserie is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Bonvée Patisserie, not Shopify.
